GUTTER CLEANING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WHAT WE DO
The following will outline what is included in our Gutter Cleaning Service.

     Cleaning

​

  • Cleaning Of Gutters

  • Unclogging of clogged downspouts using air or water pressure depending on the conditions

  • Removal of waste from roof gutter system

  • Removal of loose debris from the roof

  • Photographs  of damaged or missing tiles and/or gutters

  • Before/After Photographs taken off the gutter cleaning service itself.

​     Disposal Of Waste & Cleaning Fallen Debris

​

  • Clean surrounding walkways, lawns and paths of fallen debris

  • Use customers green bin if available, if not, debris can be taken with us for an additional charge.

 

WHAT WE DON’T DO
The following will outline what is NOT included in our Gutter Cleaning Service.
 

Damage 

 

  • Although we navigate the roof with care - broken tiles can occur rarely especially if they are old or fragile. We won't be accountable for replacing the tiles; however, we will always notify the customer of the damage.

  • We are not responsible for repairing or covering the cost of repairs for gutters that are corroded or improperly fastened to the roof

  • Repair/replacement of items as a result of airborne debris, (customers are notified to move vehicles/fragile possessions away from the area to prevent accidental damage)

 

Disposal Of Waste & Cleaning Fallen Debris
 

  • While we strive to remove as much debris as possible, please note that it may not be feasible to clear every single leaf or debris from the property."

WINDOW & SOLAR PANEL CLEANING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WHAT WE DO
The following will outline what is included in our Solar Panel and Window Cleaning Service.

Solar Panel Cleaning
 

  • Thorough cleaning of solar panel surfaces to enhance efficiency.

  • Removal of dirt, dust, and residue buildup

  • Assessment of panels for any visible cracks or damage (reported to the customer if identified)

  • Before and after photographs taken to showcase the results.

Window Cleaning
 

  • Exterior and/or Interioir cleaning of windows to remove dirt, stains, and streaks

  • Professional tools and techniques to ensure a streak-free finish

  • Wipe down of window sills and frames for a complete clean.

Disposal Of Waste & Cleaning Fallen Debris

  • Clean surrounding walkways, lawns and paths of debris.

  • Use customers green bin if available, if not, debris can be taken with us for an additional charge.

 

WHAT WE DON’T DO
The following will outline what is NOT included in our Solar Panel and Window Cleaning Service.

 

Damage 

 

  • While we handle equipment with care, we are not responsible for any pre-existing cracks or wear on solar panels or windows.

  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from faulty or fragile items. Customers are also advised to move vehicles and items away from the cleaning area.
